ICING 0.8.1

ICING is a free platform independent desktop app that enables you to create and edit cell properties files (CellProperties) of a PSICS model.

In other words, ICING aims to relate channel models and the morphology by specifying how the channels are distributed over the structure. ICING helps you to determine a complex neuron model.

Being developed using Java, ICING is a cross-platform tool which can be used on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
