Forces and Motion: Basics is a lightweight simulation that can be used to find out more about forces.

Forces and Motion: Basics can also be used to create an applied force and visualize how it makes objects move.

You can even change between multiple friction values and see how this affects motion.

Forces and Motion: Basics is written in the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
