Acacia is a small, simple, easy to use error-corrector for pyrosequenced amplicon reads.
Acacia is written in the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
What's new in Acacia 1.52:
- Loss of interpolated MID details in FASTA header
- Removal of 5-bp mids and 10-bp mids as these are not used (without specifying a primer also)
- Default file for MIDS changed to null (consistent with default MID_OPTION = "NO_MID".
- Now skips over blank lines in MID file.
