rShare is an extremely easy to use application that enables you to quickly share files on your own network. You can send files to any device that comes with a web browser, such as iPhones or iPads.
To use rShare you must specify the file you want to send and then press the “Share...” button. rShare will automatically create a server and any user connected to your network can download the file by typing your IP and “:8000” in the web browser’s address bar.
rShare allows you to password protect the files: you can set up an username and a passcode for each transfer.
Note that each file can be downloaded only once: to share the data to multiple users you must repeat the process.
