By using VPN (Virtual Private Network) connections you can make sure that your real identity is protected while you are online. etteGo VPN Manager is a small application that offers you the possibility to connect to the etteGo VPN servers in no time.

To use the etteGo VPN Manager you must register to a etteGo account beforehand. You have the possibility to sign up for an account free of charge, but it is limited to 500MB of traffic.

If you want to continue using the service after you reach this limit, you can upgrade your subscription to a Pro (unlimited traffic, 10Mb/sec download speed and 5Mb/sec upload speed) or VIP account (unlimited traffic, 15Mb/sec download speed, 8Mb/sec upload speed and 10GB storage space in your PrivateCloud).

Using the etteGo VPN Manager app is extremely intuitive because all its functionalities are accessible via the main window. Launch the app, input your credentials, select the server you want to use (Canada, Holland, Latvija, USA or Ukraine) and press the “Enable VPN” button.

On top of the main window you will be able to view your connection status and your current IP address. etteGo VPN Manager also displays the connection time, how much data you have downloaded and how much you’ve uploaded.

Last but not least, you can easily view the documents stored in your PrivateCloud by pressing the respective button placed on the bottom of the etteGo VPN Manager main window.

Noteworthy is that etteGo VPN Manager is using the 128-bit encryption protocol to protect the data transferred inside the network.
