Spillo For Mac

Spillo is a lightweight and practical Mac application that enables you to browse, organize and manage your Pinboard social bookmarks from within a user-oriented interface.

With Spillo’s help you also have the option to add bookmarks directly from your browser, assign tags, write short descriptions for your bookmarks and organize them based on user-definable criteria.

Moreover, Spillo helps you create personalized collections that automatically include new bookmarks according to your own rules. In other words, you no longer are constrained by Pinboard’s default organization limitations and you can take advantage of highly refined collections.

On top of that, Spillo enables you to create and save public searches based on a username and a number of tags. Spillo allows you to save recurrent searches directly in the left sidebar.

Spillo's top toolbar features a handy search form that helps you filter the displayed bookmarks, mark the selected one as read or unread, edit it or share it via different services such as, Mail, Messages, Twitter or Facebook, and add them to Pocket, Instapaper, Delicious and others.

What is more, Spillo also offers browser extensions for Safari and Google Chrome, a fact that enables you to add new bookmarks with just a click of a mouse button. You can grab the extensions directly from our Spillo download page.

Spillo’s sidebar is fully customizable and offers you the option to include and exclude categories or hide it completely. By accessing the Preferences window, you can change the auto-refresh interval, enable the web plugins and change the default hotkey for adding a new bookmark.

Spillo enables you to deactivate the sharing services that you do not need or use. This will result in a shorter sharing menu and streamlined workflow.
