ReloadEvery is a widely-used Firefox and SeaMonkey add-on that brings an auto-reload feature. ReloadEvery automatically reloads web pages every so many seconds or minutes.

This option is accessible via the context menu (menu you get when you right click on a web page) or via a drop down menu on the reload button.

ReloadEvery is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
