RSS is a small status bar menu application that allows you to monitor RSS feeds and receive notifications when a new article is published.
RSS will send a Growl styled message but also places then in the Notification Center.
RSS allows you to manage your feeds via a separate window: you can add them manually or you can import them from Mail.
The status bar menu allows you to adjust the refresh frequency but also allows you to manually launch the process.
