Photon is a plugin for iPhoto that acts as a bridge between iPhoto and your weblog, allowing you to easily share your iPhoto library with everyone. Photon utilizes the MovableType API, so any blogging software that does a good job of supporting the API will work well with Photon. However, it should be noted here that I only test Photon against the most recent release of Wordpress.

Photon creates a connection between your photo-blog and your Mac using a powerful, easy-to-use interface.
