The Flag Button extension uses the ipinfodb.com API to displays detailed info about the current URL, on the top right corner of the current page.
Have you ever wondered where in the "real" world is located the site, that you are currently browsing? Norway? USA? Netherlands?
The Flag Button extension gives you the right answer by simply adding a button, on which you can see the flag of the country-server for the current URL.
If you hover the button with your mouse, a pop-up will appear, where you can will see the server's IP and the full country name. If you click the button, a bigger window will popup, with more detailed information, such as: Region, City, and geographical coordinates (if available).
The same pop-up window features links to who.is (domain information site), ipinfodb.com (information provider) and Google maps.
Flag Button is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
