My Weekly Browsing Schedule is a handy Firefox add-on that opens particular websites on specific days of the week and at specific times, in accordance with your preferences.
The My Weekly Browsing Schedule also has a Catchup feature in case you miss your schedule (if you are away for the weekend) and a Startup feature so that you can open Websites when the browser starts
The My Weekly Browsing Schedule add-on is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
