SelfControl 2.0

Helps you free yourself from the distraction of email and web
Is email a distraction? SelfControl is a straightforward and no frills OS X app that will completely block access to a list of predetermined websites and all incoming and/or outgoing mail servers for a predefined period of time.

For example, you will be able to block access to your Facebook, Twitter or email account for 90 minutes, while still having access to the rest of the web.

WARNING!! Once started, SelfControl can not be stopped using its preferences or by restarting the computer – you must wait for the timer to run out.
