Keep Everything 2.0
User-friendly web archiver
Keep Everything is a simple and clean Mac OS X application specially designed to help you archive various webpages, images and articles and access them from within a user-oriented interface.
All your items can be easily stored on your Mac’s hard disk from where you can share them with your friends, family and co-workers via Email.
Customizable storage categories
From Keep Everything’s main window you can easily add new items from your Mac’s Clipboard, web browser, text or file. In addition, you can keep data from other applications such as Twitter, Pocket or ReadKit.
The left side panel helps you check your Inbox and all your stored items and group them into different categories according to their content. You can create as many categories as you want and change their default icon with one from the icons list.
The built-in search form helps you filter the displayed items and find a given article, webpage, image or video in a short period of time. You can preview your items in their original context thanks to the Keep tab or switch to the Article view and focus only on the content without being distracted by advertisements and background images.
The top toolbar also helps you view the original source page, open the page in your default browser, check various information about the item and share it via Email.
Keep Everything also provides an iOS application that you can install on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch in order to view and access all your stored items. You can keep your lists synchronized across Macs and iOS devices by linking Keep Everything with your Dropbox account.
