Front For Mac

Front is a straightforward Mac application that makes it a lot easier to manage your inboxes, assign conversations, comment on messages and postpone responses.

Front comes with a simple and intuitive interface that helps you manage and organize incoming emails, respond to messages, filter the displayed emails and compose new ones.

The top toolbar offers you the option to archive the currently selected email, assign it to a teammate, follow the conversation and snooze the message for a given period of time. Moreover, Front’s activity monitor helps you stay in the loop with real time activity feed and custom notifications.

Thanks to Front you can find the right co-worker or teammate to reply to any given message and avoid filling your inbox with unanswered emails and tweets. On top of that, you can comment on messages and communicate internally with your team.

Front’s Canned Answers feature enables you to share frequently used responses for common questions in order to reduce the response times.  Moreover, you can create multiple tags and use them to effortlessly find and organize your conversations.

By adding your shared email accounts in Front, you can avoid annoying redirections, CCs and BCCs. You also have the option to manage your Twitter accounts and view, retweet and favorite all incoming tweets directly from within the app.

The left side panel helps you view messages assigned to you and keep track of pending, snoozed and monitored conversations. At the same time you can track the current activity and analyze the in-app statistical data collected over time.

Front’s side panel helps you add and manage tags, add new teammates and filter the displayed entires with the help of the created and used tags.
