YouTube Anywhere Player is a Firefox and SeaMonkey add-on that enables you to play YouTube videos anywhere in cinema mode without leaving the website you're reading.
YouTube Anywhere Player took its inspiration from GMail's embed youtube player, where clicking YouTube links on e-mails will open the video on the same webpage and covering nearly all window size, "a la" cinema mode.
YouTube Anywhere Player is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
Requirements:
· Firefox 8.0 and later or
· SeaMonkey 2.3 and later

· Rounded player corners added a couple of version ago has caused in-page flash players to overlap ours, which is now fixed. You can also turn them off if you want.
· Improved Backlight Effect (please refer to the add-on description for further details)
· Video-links on Twitter and FB should now work as well.
· Working over secure websites is now turned off by default.
