The PopVideo add-on lets you choose specific HTML elements (especially the ones that are related to pop-up videos) from the context menu, in order to let you resize their dimensions.
The PopVideo add-on also enables you to customize the menu from the preferences dialog.
The PopVideo add-on is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
