Idderall is a Firefox add-on that enables you to add the time wasting sites to a block list
When you want to access one of your blocked sites, Idderall has 3 possible deterrents.
On is paying an amount of money, the second is to talk to your friends and the third is to get embarrassed on Facebook.
Idderall is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
