Google Reader H is a useful Firefox add-on designed to help you navigate through Google Reader. Google Reader has some excellent hotkeys, like 'j' to go forward in your items and 'k' to go back.
However, 'v' is what you have to use to open (view) the original source article, which may be too far to reach. Not to mention the fact that the popup blocker interferes with the use of 'v', rendering it totally useless.
'H', on the other hand, is totally unused, sits right next to the navigation hotkeys for easy access.
Google Reader H is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
