· Added ru-RU, ja, he-IL and gl-ES and zh-CN locales.

· Fixed a bug in the preferences window for 3.6 compatibility. This has the downside that there are 2 untranslated strings in all locales. We'll fix this for 1.4.

· Please note that this update doesn't fix the login problem some users have been experiencing. This will be fixed in 1.4, when we will change the login process completely.
