Socialite (formerly known as EventBox) is an easy to use and beautiful Mac OS X application, designed to make it easy to stay in touch with the social networks and services that matter to you.

Google Reader:
· Socialite syncs beautifully with Google Reader, and supports the most popular sharing features from the service. The Google Reader support allows you to stay in sync with the service, add new feeds, browse your friends' shared items, as well as easily share RSS articles via Google Reader and Twitter.

RSS:
· Socialite's additional built-in RSS service allows you to subscribe to your feeds on your Mac. It's ideal if you don't have a Google Reader account.

Facebook:
· It's the biggest social network on the planet, and Socialite lets you stay in touch with friends using status updates and photos. Whether you're wanting to view your friends' statuses, photos and conversations - or update your status and post photos, Socialite's got you covered!

Flickr:
· Browse your friends recent uploads to Flickr, leave comments and favourite images - right from within Socialite. You can also upload images and view Flickr's Interesting images.

Twitter:
· Everyone loves Twitter, and Socialite allows you to easily share what's happening right now in your life. There's full multi-account support, complete with the all-new Retweet and List features - not to mention saved searches, Profile Peeks as well as Image Uploading and URL shortening.

· Entirely re-worked Twitter, Flickr and Facebook connection system. If you were experiencing issues where you would be locked out of your account, re-adding the account to Socialite in 1.0.2 will fix this.
· Added a new Twitter ‘My Timeline’ option, so that users can easily view just tweets from people they follow (and exclude Lists).
· New “Quote Tweet” feature that allows users to repost (with additions) existing tweets. Please use the old-style retweet responsibly.
· Fixed an issue which showed Profile Peek avatars upside-down.
· Minor typo and name improvements in the application.
· Increased character limit for Direct Messages in the Twitter plugin.
· Bound Cmd + Return to Send DMs in the DM HUD.
· Lots of other small fixes and enhancements.
· Changed demo limitation to ‘2 services’. Customers who currently use the demo with three services can, however, keep using Socialite for free with three services. This limitation only applies to new libraries created.
