Pencil is a Firefox add-on to do GUI prototyping and simple sketching.
The Pencil Project's unique mission is to build a free and opensource tool for making diagrams and GUI prototyping that everyone can use. With Pencil you can create GUI prototype and sketches for Firefox.
Note: The Pencil add-on is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
