An open-source Firefox and Thunderbird extension that enables users to save frequently-used text (clippings) to an internal note organizer
Clippings is a useful browser add-on that allows you to save frequently-entered text for pasting later.

With Clippings, you can save and manage frequently-entered text for later pasting into Web page forms in Firefox or email and newsgroup messages in Thunderbird.

Pasting a clipping is accomplished with just two mouse clicks, eliminating the hassle of retyping or repetitive copying and pasting.

Clippings is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
