ImageX is a Google Chrome add-on to enable/disable and show/hide display of images by altering the Content Settings for a page.
In other words, ImageX allows you to quickly toggle the display of images on and off using a simple toolbar button.
You can use it to check how HTML-based emails will look in email clients that don't load images by default, but it would also be useful for any site where you don't want to load images.
ImageX is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
