Grids For Mac

Grids is a beautiful macOS application designed to provide a clean and user-friendly environment for browsing your Instagram account. The best part is that you get to connect multiple accounts and seamlessly switch between them.

To get started, all you have to do is authorize the Grids application to handle certain information associated with your Instagram account.

Since you can connect multiple accounts, the procedure must be performed separately in each case. Once everything is set up, you can quickly switch between accounts via a minimalist drop down menu.

Note that if you want to revoke the access for the Grids application, you must go to your Instagram Profile manager within your default web browser.

The Grids app comes with multiple image layouts, enables you to view popular or favorite entries, and can show you pictures that have been captured near you.

Moreover, you can view your bookmarks, view posts submitted by people you are following, or use the search tool to find specific images.

The main window is reserved for showing the images thumbnails, but if you click on an image, you can see who posted it and when, and the number of people that like it. You can read previous comments, and post your own impressions.

Even though the Instagram service is mostly intended for mobile usage, you still have the option to browse your account on the desktop by logging into your account via any web browser.

Grids pushes things further by providing a separate UI that has been optimized for the task at hand and maximizes the available desktop space, while featuring a streamlined workflow.
