XnRetro For Mac

XnRetro is quite a powerful piece of software which enables you to apply a variety of vintage effects to your photos. In addition to the retro filters, you can apply predefined light effects, vignettes and frames that provide an even more retro look to your images.

Although XnRetro comes with numerous effects and filters, you can also manually adjust image parameters, such as brightness, contrast, gamma, exposure, saturation, red balance, green balance, blue balance, noise, vignetting and light opacity.

The effects can be browsed from a tabbed pane on the lower part of the main window. What’s great is that a small preview is displayed for each effect and the changes you make are displayed in real-time, as well.

XnRetro features 20 different retro effects, 15 light effects, 5 types of vignettes and 28 beautiful frames. When you apply an effect by clicking on it and you do not like it, you can simply use the “No Frame” thumbnail to remove it.

Other functions include zooming in / out using toolbar buttons or the scroll wheel, rotating the image to the left or right and resetting the image to its original state with one click on a toolbar button.

In addition to this, your edited images can be saved in the PNG format in its original size, but also as a small, normal or larger image. Moreover, the application provides support for sharing images on a variety of sites (Flickr, Facebook, Imgur and more) and for emailing it.
