Watch Screenshot Magic is a lightweight and efficient OS X application that makes it as simple as possible for you to generate Apple Watch (42 mm) screenshots by replacing the time reading and by removing the charging and page indicators.

Because the app only supports screenshots from the 42 mm version of the Apple Watch, you can only load pictures with 312 x 390 resolutions. Once the screenshots are loaded, you can choose from three editing modes, namely Watch App, Glances, and Notifications.

The Watch App editing mode makes it possible for you to remove the charging indicator from the status bar and changes the clock to read 10:09, the Notifications mode also takes care of the clock, but overlays the screenshot on a blurred watch face, while the Glances mode overlays the screenshot on a blurred watch face and adds a page indicator.

After the screenshot was loaded, and the editing mode was chosen, you must simply click the “Save” button from the app’s compact interface, pick the destination for the output snapshots, and you’re all set.

While there isn’t really wrong with the app and everything works great, we can’t help but think that this app would be better if it came with support for both the 39 and 42 mm versions of the Apple Watch.
