Sharing multiple pictures without aligning them is very unaesthetic: Tunacan is a small macOS app that can help you fix that.

Tunacan automatically aligns user imported images and packs elementary image concatenation capabilities. The utility enables you to put together as many pictures as you like, and can export the result to a PNG file that can be easily shared with others.

To start working with the Tunacan application just start importing the images you want to stitch together: you can add only one picture at a time, and you cannot rearrange them with drag ans drop. Naturally, you can remove the image and add it again in a more suitable location.

Tunacan resizes the imported images to make sure they are aligned and you can see the size of the output file, even if you cannot adjust it.

In the Tunacan main window, you get to preview the output image and adjust the distance between the pictures, either by manually inserting new values, or by moving the appropriate slider bar.

Moreover, Tunacan enables you to change the photo’s orientation: vertical or horizontal. Last but not least, Tunacan can insert bridge images between the slides: select the appropriate image file, and Tunacan will take care of the rest.

However, keep in mind that you can use a single bridge image, and Tunacan does not allow you to move its position in any way. If you are satisfied with the result, just press the “Export” button, and Tunacan will send the content to a PNG file.

Tunacan is a simple image processor that automatically handles any image alignment or arrangement options, which means that, in most cases, the concatenated output picture will look great with minimal user intervention.
