Stuck On Earth for Mac
Finding the best places to visit or photograph around the world can be a laborious work: Stuck On Earth is an easy to use Mac app that enables you to explore the photo albums taken by others and plan your own trips. Moreover, the app is able to connect to your Stuck in Customs account and include your own trips.
Streamlined exploration application that can take you around the globe
When you launch the Stuck On Earth utility, you must decide which profile you want to use: Photographer, Daydreamer, or Exploring. Depending on your choice, Stuck On Earth will help you find places that look amazing when photographed, that represent truly beautiful locations, or that entail having an adventurous spirit.
However, you can also choose a profile that combines all three and see all data that it is available for a certain region: in the map area you will see a pin for each image, or photographed location. Simply select one of the pictures to activate the image viewer and then use the appropriate buttons to navigate the album.
Filters the results in order to display the most relevant locations
In the bottom area of the Stuck On Earth main window, a small Pins slider bar enables you to choose how many available images you want to see. The application is employing an algorithm based on crowdsourcing and curation to provide the best results, but you can decide to see all of them for yourself.
Furthermore, you can find interesting locations by using the built in Top 50 lists, or the Community Photos collection. You also have the option to follow certain photographs. Once you find something that interests you, Stuck On Earth offers you the possibility to effortlessly download the entire album.
To conclude, if you are looking for interesting destinations for your future trips, or if you simply enjoy looking at the world through other’s experiences, Stuck On Earth is a great tool to have on your desktop.
