Softmatic PhotoBatch for Mac2.0
Softmatic PhotoBatch is a streamlined Mac OS X application that enables you to easily resize, rename and convert multiple photos at the same time.
Batch image processor
If you need to batch rename and resize numerous photos you can rely on Softmatic PhotoBatch to get the job done. You just have to drag and drop your photos into the left panel, configure the resize, rename and conversion process and hit the “Process” button.
You can use Softmatic PhotoBatch to quickly create thumbnails, convert from one image format to another, remove EXIF data from your photos and batch rename hundreds or thousands of photos with just a mouse click.
Compatible with RAW image files
Softmatic PhotoBatch comes with support for a wide variety of image formats from JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files to RAW, CR2, NEF, RW2 and other raw formats. What is more, you can convert your pictures to the JPEG, BMP, TIFF or PNG file format.
Furthermore, you can adjust the quality of the image, scale it to the desired percentage and strip EXIF data to protect your privacy. The rename feature allows you to use a custom name, append a counter and a user-definable text. You can preview the new file name even before processing that provided files.
By accessing the Presets menu, you can save the current settings as your personalized preset or load a previously made one. The bottom toolbar helps you enable the “Drop shadow” option and choose between the black, white, linen, transparent and grey color as a background for your photos.
Softmatic PhotoBatch is user-friendly and easy-to-use, however, we could not notice the total lack of a watermark feature that could help prospective users. Hopefully this feature and many others will be added with the help of the upcoming updates.
