MagicPicker is basically a color panel and color wheel Photoshop plug-in, dedicated primarily to digital painters.
Also, MagicPicker lets you pick foreground and backgrounds for your paintings. It can also bind the foreground to the background and provides you RGB/HSB sliders.
Note: The MagicPicker plug-in is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, and Windows.
