FantasyNoir is an uncluttered and very simple to use OS X utility that helps you to fine-tune your images to give them a noir look.
FantasyNoir allows you to tweak the area and intensity attributes for each style applied on to the image.
The styles that come with the FantasyNoir app are: Noir Nightmare, Storm Fear, Evening, Evening Pale, Dark Digital, Moody, Technicolor Dream, and Vintage.
NOTE: To buy FantasyNoir via the App Store an Apple account is required.
