Effect Stack 1.0.6
Streamlined design that makes the app very easy to use
Like with many other graphical editors, the Effect Stack main window provides access to most of the included tools: by default, you can view the filters list on the left, and the canvas area on the right.
If you import multiple images, Effect Stack allows you to effortlessly browse their thumbnails and choose the one you want to work on. Via buttons placed on the top toolbar, you can easily hide either the filters or the images panels.
Packs a large filters collection that you can quickly combine to create presets
Effect Stack comes with 40 different image filters that are organized into different categories: color adjustments, color effects, stylize, geometry adjustments, sharpen, noise reduction, calculation, and blur.
To apply any of them to the currently selected image, simply drag and drop the filter on the designated area (the top section of the filters panel). The effects will be visible immediately in the canvas area.
Moreover, you can save your combinations as presets, and use any of them at a later time on other photos. When you are done, you can share the output image via email, through Messages, or by using a social network (Facebook, Flickr, or Twitter).
Unsophisticated images processor featuring various image filters
Effect Stack is great to have around if you want to quickly apply multiple effects to your images without having to deal with complicated tools. What’s more, each included filter comes with different adjustment options, so you get to create your own blends and save them as presets.
