EasySplash is a simple Mac app that can help you process your photos by using intuitive, unsophisticated tools, and then enables you to quickly share your projects by email. At the same time, you can include the output images into your iPhoto albums.

Most of the EasySplash features can be accessed via the app’s main window, which is organized in two main sections: the main area is reserved for the image canvas, while a panel placed on the right side enables you to adjust the brush size and effects.

Moreover, the “Send to iPhoto” and “Share by Email” options can be easily found in the EasySplash File menu. The application does not include further customization options.

Getting started with EasySplash is extremely easy: simply drag and drop the image you want to process on top of the app’s main window. EasySplash will start by converting your photo to black and white. The next step is to use the built-in brush to remove the black and white layer and apply mask effects.

EasySplash enables you to adjust the brush size and softness, but also allows you to adjust the mask hue, exposure, saturation, brightness, and contrast levels. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can press the “Reset” button and start all over again.

EasySplash is a great tool to have around if you want to quickly convert color images to black and white pictures. At the same time, thanks to the included mask tools, EasySplash can be easily employed to generate image colorizing effects.
