BatchInpaint For Mac

Inpaint is an easy to use yet powerful Mac OS X image processing utility that can be used to remove certain objects from your photos. The app uses surrounding pixels to automatically generate matching textures that will replace the area occupied by an unwanted element.

The BatchInpaint utility is based on the same technology, but has been developed to deal with multiple image files at the same time, in order to reduce the processing time. Take into account that BatchInpaint works best when dealing with watermarks, time stamps, and other elements that do not require complex processing.

Due to its stylish yet organized user interface, working with BatchInpaint is extremely inuitive: start by importing individual images or folders, and then define the area that should be processed. To make things easier, BatchInpaint comes with various selection tools: marker, lasso, polygonal lasso, and magic wand.

At the same time, BatchInpaint includes image zooming tools and an eraser for removing or refining the selection. When you are satisfied with the results, simply press the Inpain button placed in the top BatchInpaint toolbar, an the app takes care of the rest.

To streamline the entire process, BatchInpaint automatically applies the same mask to all images imported within the app. This way, when you press the Inpaint button, the app will process the same area in all photos.

Note that, for best results, the images must have the same orientation, resolution, and the element that you want to remove must be placed in the same area.
