All buildings and units can be upgraded using cash in order to achieve your goals before the deadline. You have to face 18 challenging mission scenarios, master 7 production chains and facilitate the trade between local businesses.

From Virtual City’s in-game display you can monitor your income, check you bank account and keep track of the state of the environment, happiness level, population and time.
