A refreshing Tetris alternative for Mac OS X users where the goal is to create four by four shapes using the incoming Tetris shapes. #Tetris game #Play sequoia #Play tetris #Arcade #Tetris #Play
Sequoia is a free Mac OS X variant of the popular Tetris game that’s a lot harder than it looks. The goal is to form 4 by 4 squares using classic geometric shapes composed of four squares.
As soon as you start the game, the pieces will start gravitating towards the blue square in the center. You must not allow any piece to reach the edge of the window, because if you do, the game will be over.
Using the never-ending flow of game pieces, you must build as many 4 by 4 squares as you can. The pieces can be rotated with the Up arrow or W keys and their speed can be increased using the Down arrow key or S.
Each time you build a square, your score, which can be viewed on the upper left corner of the window, will increase by one. Sequoia can be played both in full-screen mode and windowed, but it will open in full-screen by default. Simply hit the Escape key to enter the windowed mode.
You can pause the game with the Space key or by clicking on the game area. Sequoia keeps a record of your highest scores. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a casual but challenging game to pass the time (and train your brain at the same time), Sequoia is just what you need.
