Monsters 0.9a

Monsters is a fast paced, 2D action shooter game where you must shoot monsters in order to grab high scores.

The only way to stay alive is to continually collect the hearts of the slain monsters. In addition, hearts of different colors provide you with a variety of “power-up” like abilities that the player can use to their advantage.

· Added levels 1-15.
· Fixed bugs related to the high score board. It should be functioning as intended now.
· Tweaks to many of the enemies.
· Added typing sounds for when the player enters their name on the high score grats panel.
· Added sound effect for when the player has reached the maximum number of letters for entering their name.
· When entering their name for the high score, the player can no longer hit the "space bar" to start the game without entering their name.
· Changed the key for un-pausing the game from the "space bar" to the "escape" key.
· Changed the player hit sound effect.
· Added a player hit screen flash.
· Increased the speed of the player just a tiny bit more.
