Iron Heart: Steam Tower is a classic tower defense games that manages to keep players entertained thanks to the fast paced gameplay, colorful designs, lighthearted soundtrack, and realistic sound effects.

The game follows the same basic rules: you must defend your base against hordes of enemies by wisely using your resources.

However, Iron Heart: Steam Tower also comes with a backstory: the mechanical invaders come from the underground, and you must go deeper and deeper to find the source of all this mayhem.

Each level has a different layout and you must face multiple waves formed by steam-powered robots while making sure that all humans in your base remain alive. The battle takes place in underground mines and cities, so the scenery is quite engaging.

Noteworthy is that not all robots are the same, just like not all your guns act in the same manner. Giant robots need to be handled by cannons, but also keep some machine guns around to deal with the aerial threats.

Each time you complete a level you get bonus points and in-game currency that you can use to improve the accuracy and damage produced by your weapons, to update various skills, and so on.

Keep in mind that, for your performance on each level, you receive a rating expressed in stars: you need to collect a certain amount of stars in order to gain access to the second part of the game.
