Fantasy Baseball Draft Advisor for Mac
Baseball enthusiast usually enjoy proving their own skill when it comes to managing a team by playing in different fantasy baseball leagues.
Fantasy Baseball Draft Advisor is a Mac OS X game that is using mathematical principles to make educated player projections and give a realistic feeling to your league.
Straightforward user interface
Managing the various tools included in Fantasy Baseball Draft Advisor should not raise problems because the game comes with a relatively simple and organized user interface.
In the main window you can see the player’s rankings and statistics, while the top toolbar host buttons for most functions: CheatSheet, Web Update, Draft Advisor, Mock Draft, Roosters, Draft Summary, Search and Leagues. Moreover, you get to adjust the game’s behavior via the Settings window or access the Help area.
Leagues settings influence the player rankings
For each League you get to specify it’s type (Fantasy, Head to Head and Rotisserie), which players can be used, the number of batters, pitchers or reserves, and choose the scoring system (over 75 are available).
Fantasy Baseball Draft Advisor is using these settings and mathematical regression models to generate custom results and player rankings for your league (it can process the statistics for over 1500 different players).
Draft Advisor and Mock Draft Simulator
Fantasy Baseball Draft Advisor can be used to generate rankings for Straight Draft Leagues or Auction Dollar Values applicable to Auction and Salary Cap Leagues.
That is why, the Draft Advisor is a very useful tool to create the best baseball team: the player rankings are adjusted automatically and you get the best suggestion for the next player. At the same time, the Mock Draft area allows you to practice before actually creating your team.
Complex fantasy baseball simulator
Fantasy Baseball Draft Advisor is able to work with the 4 years historical stats for each player, allows you to set up multiple teams for different leagues, can make educated player projections and much more.
All in all, the plethora of available statistic and simulation tools work together in creating a rather realistic experience.
