Familiar Solitaire rules
When launching the app for the first time, you can select the type of Solitaire game you want to play: Klondike-1 or Klondike-3. The difference is that the second version draws 3 cards (instead of one) at the same time on the table when clicking on the deck.
The rules are exactly the same. You are allowed to drag and drop cards on top of others, click on Aces to place them in their slots and right click cards, which can go in the deck, to send them. You will also see some animations when cards are flipped and when hovering them on top of a pile.
Customizable user interface
Furthermore, Card Shark Solitaire lets you play Solitaire in the normal layout but with custom design. Although there is only one type of card deck, you can change several visual preferences, including the background image, layout (right or left) and select whether to display neat piles or not.
In addition to these options, you can also choose to include a Vegas score, toggle the sounds on / off and select the AutoFlip and Smart Drag options. As an extra feature, Card Shark Solitaire gathers statistics about your games: games won, time played, fastest win and current win streak.
A worthy Solitaire clone
To conclude, the game is nothing extraordinary in terms of Solitaire clones, but it is definitely one step above most games that fall in this category. Besides offering a range of features and multiple custom options, the game is free.
