Brain Workshop is a cross-platform memory game which implements the dual n-back task, a scientifically proven memory task for improving your working memory and fluid intelligence.
The dual n-back task is easy to understand: you must remember a sequence of positions of a square and a sequence of audible letters at the same time.
Then, you must identify when a position or letter matches the ones which appeared n trials before.
Brain Workshop is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. Binaries for the Windows and Linux platforms are available on the project's homepage.
