Cash Monitor lets you enter your bank, your incomes and expenses in categories you manage by yourself with a VAT rate defined for each category. The VAT received and paid is automatically calculated as well as the the balance and the delayed payment of the VAT.
Your treasury has never been easier to understand and preview : a synthesis table gives you in realtime the state of your treasury for the next weeks et lets you visualize in charts the balance of your finances and the evolution of your funds.
Entry is accompanied with short functions that let you sum or substract a value from the current value in the cell or to enter a complete expresion that will be evaluated automatically. For example : "=234 + 245,3/2".
A unique functionality lets you create expense or income hypothesis between which you juggle so that you can preview the impact of a new employee or a new contract on your treasury !
You can also use the repeat function on incomes or expenses that simplifies the enter of recurring amounts. In one clic you enter your amounts in the table and you can concentrate on the analysis of your budget and take only the good decisions !
Cash Monitor gives you the possibility to export the contained data as a CSV file.
