Bitcoin Ticker - To the Moon! 1.0.3
A reliable and straightforward Bitcoin price tracker for 6 important exchanges that displays the current values on your Mac's status bar
Bitcoin Ticker - To the Moon! is a lightweight Mac OS X desktop application that displays the most up-to-date Bitcoin prices on your menu bar. The following exchanges are supported: BitStamp, BTC-E, Camp BX, Coinbase, LocalBitcoins and Mt. Gox.
Moreover, Bitcoin Ticker - To the Moon! can show currency values in USD, EUR and GBP. Monitoring the current Bitcoin prices using this app is extremely efficient, as it shows you the values right on your menu bar. Also, with just a click on its icon, a menu from which you can select a different exchange will be displayed.
After clicking on a different Bitcoin exchange and real currency, the numbers are automatically converted. You can also choose to lose the decimal values and the currency symbol, if you prefer, from the Preferences window.
Another option you can toggle through the preferences is the default exchange site and currency, but this can be done more quickly via the app’s menu bar panel. Additionally, you can set the app to launch at computer login automatically.
In a nutshell, Bitcoin Ticker - To the Moon! does a great job at what it is supposed to. You can use it to keep an eye out for the fluctuations in Bitcoin prices straight from your Mac’s system bar. All in all, the number of supported exchanges and currencies make it a worthy application to users who need a reliable Bitcoin tracker.
