SHAZAM! - Collection of simple scripts for beginning scripters

SHAZAM (Scripting Has A Zillion Applications, Man!) is a collection of simple scripts for beginning scripters. Conveniently, some of them also show off the "Gee Whiz" factor of a Mac, to impress your Windows-using friends.

All these scripts are editable and provide comments that describe how to use them.

Getting started at AppleScripting isn't as hard as you might think. These very simple scripts cover several topics. Designed for the person that doesn't know how to program at all, they show you how easy it is to get started with Apple's "english-like" scripting language.
