libqcw 1.2

libqcw is a unique, easy to use, simple library for reading and writing QCharts workspace files.

libqcw parses .qcw files into a schema which can then be queried/modified. The schema can also be written back to disk in the form of a .qcw file.

Also included is a small utility (QCWTool) for replacing symbol names and merging two workspaces.
