libotp

libotp is a free and open-source Java One Time Password generator library that allows you to implement two-factor authentication in your Java applications.

At the moment, libotp supports the standard RFC counter based (hotp) and time based (totp) algorithms. Developers can also write custom OTP providers using the OTPProvider interface.

libotp is a cross-platform utility capable of running on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
