Ulrice is a free, open-source framework for rich clients that support the mvc-based (or module based) development of applications.

Ulrice provides the following functions:
· Management of mvc modules
· Management of all application-wide resources like statusbar, toolbar, workarea
· Data binding between functional model and gui components
· Webstarter
· Translation mechanism
