    Longitude and latitude conversion library

    LatLongConverter is a small library that can be used to convert latitude and longitude between decimal degrees, minutes and seconds.

    It also provides developers with the means to convert in both directions and also formats the returned string.

    LatLongConverter is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
