XTandem Parser 1.5.15

The XTandem Parser is basically a small application developed in Java that aims  to extract information from X!Tandem output files.

X!Tandem software can match tandem mass spectra with peptide sequences and works as a search engine for protein identification. The output xml format can be found here (PDF).

If you need an example file to play with, one is provided as a zip file, below the main project package.
