    GCViewer is a free and open source tool designed to help you visualize data produced by the Java VM options -verbose:gc and -Xloggc:.

    GCViewer cal also be used to calculate garbage collection related performance metrics.

    This information is particularly useful when tuning the garbage collection of a certain application.

    GCViewer is developed using Java and is available for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
